Merger by incorporation of Barbiflex S.r.l. into Pintex S.r.l.,
effective 01/01/2026

We inform Customers, Suppliers, Partners and Stakeholders that on 01/01/2026 the merger by incorporation of Barbiflex S.r.l. into Pintex S.r.l. will take effect pursuant to Articles 2501 et seq. and 2504-bis of the Italian Civil Code. All active and passive legal relationships of Barbiflex S.r.l. will continue without interruption with the incorporating company Pintex S.r.l., which will assume the new company name “Barbiflex S.r.l.”

This strategic step strengthens our industrial capabilities, innovation, and customer service within the nonwoven fabrics sector. We will continue to invest in quality, reliability and sustainability throughout the entire production chain.

The merger does not entail any operational interruptions: orders, supplies, support services and warranties will proceed as usual. Contracts, sales/purchase conditions, price lists, quotations and existing agreements remain valid, unless otherwise updated in writing.
